Real operations, measured results.

We rebuild the workflows draining time, money and control from regulated businesses, and we measure the difference.

A legacy case system, automated around

A UK insurance claims-investigation firm was re-keying emailed cases by hand into Proclaim, a legacy platform with only a SOAP interface. Our pipeline reads every inbound case email, extracts the fields with a confidence score and pushes them straight in. Staff review only the ambiguous ones.

70+ cases a day, live in production
Staff review only the ambiguous cases
Full audit trail on every extraction

Fleet amendments, no re-keying

A Leeds-based fleet and haulage broker keyed every vehicle change by hand across Excel, the MID portal, client emails and Acturis. One central amendment platform now parses the change emails, lets handlers approve in a familiar spreadsheet-style workspace, and generates the quarterly returns.

One platform, four systems replaced
Quarterly declarations auto-generated
MDS-compliant MID files

a UK smart-meter infrastructure group

Investor-grade ESG reporting, automated

One of the UK's largest smart-meter infrastructure groups ran ESG and carbon reporting off a hand-fed master spreadsheet that consumed two full-time specialists. We replaced it with an auditable, AI-supported reporting system, mapped to the group's own process and proven on its own data.

Two specialists freed from spreadsheets
Finance-grade, audit-ready disclosure
Aligned to UK Sustainability Reporting Standards

The right five things on the CEO's desk by 7am

The CEO was personally reading around 30 inbound reports a day. A compliance hub now holds the group's regulatory picture: it reads the inbound reports overnight, cross-checks each against regulatory feeds, and puts a printed briefing on his desk by 07:00. Once it is printed, we assess what each change means for the operation.

~30 reports a day, read overnight
A compliance hub, not just a digest
Operational impact assessed after each briefing

A compliance hub, and a pipeline for what changes next

We mapped the regulations that apply and traced where each data source behind them actually comes from, then built those into a single compliance hub. A pipeline watches for new regulatory changes, and each one is impact-assessed with a gap analysis, so the question is no longer whether something has changed but what needs to change because of it.

New regulatory changes arrive through a pipeline
